Define the acceptance reference
Start with a signed-off model, variant and configuration. Record the quotation version, sample identification if one exists, and the documents available for the destination. Choose the acceptance criteria with the parties responsible for the order before inspection. This checklist is purchasing guidance, not a statement that Olida applies a particular sampling plan or test standard.
Verify identity and completeness
Check the product and carton identifiers against the order. For 102, distinguish the standard and clip entries. For 811 or 101, confirm the mounting parts and agreed bulb configuration. Count included accessories against the packing list. Photograph discrepancies with the model label visible, and keep observations separate from assumptions about the cause.
Inspect finish and movement
Check visible surfaces, joints and mounting parts for damage or mismatch with the agreed sample. Follow the product instructions when checking adjustment and cable placement. For a floor-lamp order such as 931, verify the specified components and head arrangement as a separate checklist. Do not assign an unprovided tolerance, stability rating or expected service life.
Keep electrical evaluation within its proper scope
Ask for the product instructions and relevant test records for the exact configuration. Electrical tests should be planned and performed by competent personnel using an agreed procedure. A working on/off demonstration or a visual inspection is not evidence of compliance or optical performance. Record unavailable documents as unresolved items rather than marking the product as passed.
Close the loop with an evidence log
Use columns for the item checked, expected condition, observed condition, photograph or document reference, and resolution. Agree how discrepancies will be reviewed before release of an order. Ask sales to confirm packing details and inspection arrangements in writing. Avoid treating a checklist completed for one model as approval of every lamp in the catalog.
